The user menu on the top right displays the following options:

 

Option Description
Settings Depending on your user role permissions, the following tabs may display: Customers List, Feature Toggle, Meta Schema, File Naming, and Security.
Audit Logs

Depending on your user role permissions, you may have access to the Audit Logs page. The Audit Logs page displays a grid of events performed by your organization's Access Unify users on records. For example, when a user downloads images, an event displays on the Audit Logs page.

 

Features include:

  • You can move a column in the grid by dragging and dropping the column heading.

  • You can Lock and Unlock columns in the grid.

  • You can Hide and ShowColumns in the grid.

  • You can click a column heading in the grid to sort a column in ascending or descending order.

  • You can click and drag to the right of a column heading make a column wider or narrower.

  • Any modifications you make to a grid are unique to your view of the grid and are not shared with other users.

  • To find the events you want, you can Filter and then search within columns in the grid.

  • You can download a .CSV report of the logs. Click Download Logs. Specify the Event Date, the Email address to send the report notification, and the Event User. If you specify no Event User, the report will include the activity for all of your organization's Access Unify users. Click Submit. When the report is ready, Unify will send a notification to the email address.

Log Off Click to log out of Access Unify.
