User Menu
The user menu on the top right displays the following options:

Audit Logs |
Depending on your user role permissions, you may have access to the Audit Logs page. The Audit Logs page displays a grid of events performed by your organization's Access Unify users on records. For example, when a user downloads images, an event displays on the Audit Logs page.

Settings includes the following tabs:

The Customer List tab displays the organization's records you can view on the Inventory page.

On the Feature Toggle tab, the Access team can enable and disable Access Unify features.

On the Meta Schema tab, the Access team can specify the fields that display on the Inventory Details pages, and the order of the fields. You can view but not edit the information.

On the File Naming tab, depending on your permissions, you can specify the PDF file name format for downloaded images of records (when a user clicks Download Images on Inventory page or the Order Details page.)
For example, for folder image downloads you could specify that the PDF file name includes the Customer File Barcode.
You can select up to four additional fields. TR File Barcode is required.
You can also specify the Sequence (order) of field information in the PDF file name (2 to 5). TR File Barcode is always first (1). To clear the Sequence for a field, click in the Sequence field, and then click Reset Sequence.
